The 7300Plus Real-Time PCR System delivers precise and quantitative results for a variety of genomic research applications, and is designed for both first-time and experienced users. Using the traditional halogen lamp and CCD camera, the 7300Plus Real-Time PCR System is a four-channel, 96-well (standard block) qPCR system. As an enhancement of the previous 7300 Real-Time PCR System, the 7300Plus system offers optimized optical performance with dye flexibility and a streamlined user experience.

Real-Time PCR Software v2.4 with Chinese-language option
The 7300Plus Real-Time PCR System is equipped with the easy-to-use Real-time PCR Software v2.4. This software is an upgraded version of the 7500 Software v2.3 and includes many easy-to-use features, such as plate setup wizards, standard curve dilution and master mix recipe calculators, QC flags, data filters, and email notification when a run is finished. This software also includes the Gene Expression Study package and a variety of melting curve protocol options, including multiple peak detection, step and hold temperature control, and customizable ramp rates. Both English-language and Chinese-language versions of the software are available.

The Gene Expression Study package allows for greater flexibility and accuracy in your gene expression assays by enabling the following:
• Analysis of a large number of plates in one study
• Sorting of data by biological or technical replicate group
• Use of multiple endogenous controls
• Assay efficiency correction

Real-time data monitoring, dissemination, and storage
The 7300Plus Real-time PCR System measures amplification as it occurs, allowing you to monitor the progress of your experiment cycle by cycle. Your data is stored on the computer connected to the instrument, and can be transferred via emails or USB flash drive. Data can also be conveniently exported as PowerPoint®, Excel®, and graphical image files.
