美國Bio-rad伯樂Sub-Cell® Model 96 Cell水平電泳儀

Sub-Cell® 96 型槽電泳槽專為多樣品/高通量分析而開發(fā)。槽和分析梳的設(shè)計基于用于從微孔板轉(zhuǎn)印樣品的多通道吸管的固定間距。使用 51 孔分析梳，可以連續(xù)運行 48 個核酸樣本外加 3 個 DNA 規(guī)格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品。如果使用兩個梳，則一個微孔板中的所有 96 個樣本可以同時在一塊凝膠中進(jìn)行電泳。較短的凝膠長度（10 和 15 cm）和 26 孔梳還允許將 Sub-Cell Model 96 槽用作分子生物學(xué)實驗室的常規(guī)儀器。 Sub-Cell 96 型電泳槽包含緩沖液再循環(huán)端口，用于需要高壓或擴(kuò)展運行的應(yīng)用，從而消除了由溫度或 pH 緩沖液梯度引起的樣品遷移問題。
